This firm is the very worst! Overbilling missing deadlines and very unprofessional. STAY AWAY..NO RUN AWAY!

After having a frustrating experience with another lawyer, I thought I'd go and write about the positive experiences I have with a great law firm!
I've been working with Levine Bagade Han, specifically with David now for about 4 years. They have worked with us on a number trademark and patent filings. Communication the whole time with the firm has been clear, prompt, and on time. I like that they aren't just out to bill you for every hour for every little detail. They communicate well in advance on rate increases and they are very fair on what gets billed. They also advise you on when it's worth it to file patents or not, and are great resource just to have on hand.
I especially appreciated that David offered to walk me through how to file my own trademarks, "because your cases are so simple you can do them yourself." Talk about looking out for the client first. I can't recommend these guys more strongly.
I have worked with this firm for years and had direct experience with all three partners and most of the staff. I've also worked with a number of other firms so I have plenty of experiences to compare to. This is one of, if not, the best patent groups out there. The partners are exceptional and responsive. The staff has been great as well.
They're not cheap, but they're very reasonably priced compared to their competition. I can comfortably say that LBH is the highest value patent law firm I've encountered. I highly recommend this firm to my peers.

As a seasoned inventor and entrepreneur with over 100 issued patents I have used many of the leading Bay area IP firms and all I can say is run away from this Firm as fast as you can! My experience was and continues to be dismal. The work, time delays, failure to communicate and overbilling is rampant. There are so many quality firms why go to a bottom feeder group that produces crap and then sends you a huge bill for services they did not notify you of or perform correctly.
