April and her team have done both non-profit legal work and created a power of attorney for our daughter. Her comprehensive knowledge of CA human resource, corporate and non-profit law was critical to guide our organization during a difficult restructuring. As for out family, April’s sage and frank advice was welcomed by all of us as we discussed important life decisions. Highly recommended app

The intelligence, integrity and professionalism of the entire Chauvel & Glatt firm is no less than incredible. April, Ron and their entire supporting staff is dedicated to their clients and pure first class. April is aggressive when needed while extremely fair and honest and her work ethic is exceptional. Her experience is difficult to match and I wouldn't use anyone else for my legal needs.

April and her firm, Chauvel & Glatt, have been our corporate attorneys for several years now and helped us out tremendously from A to Z. They have handled everything for us from trademark matters to non-payment disputes and they have been an extreme help and a great assett for us. We love working with them and feel blessed to have them on our side and team.
My girlfriend requested their services to create 1 operating agreement and 2 share certificates. She was told it will cost $1000. Once the work was done and delivered, she received an invoice for about $2000 detailing everything that was done. Some of the items listed in the invoice were ridiculous and expensive. Every little thing such as getting on a call, replying to an email, reviewing a document,... has been charged. It does seem they charged her as much as they wanted to get as much as possible. For big companies, I guess, it doesn't matter that much but for my girlfriend who is building her business on her own, with her savings and outside of her main job, it does!
