0 stars! If you are looking for a lawyer who knows her stuff and is good at getting all the facts straight this is not your lawyer. It is hugely apparent that Norma does not know how to do research. If you are talking about schools it would be helpful if you actually know at least something about the schools academics and demographics. She clearly missed that part. She could not comprehend how the recent changes in the bay area economy, crime, homeless population, and traffic could affect a school. What was once a great school academically and in terms of safety a few years ago is now unsafe and lower in academics. This simple fact that she seemed to have missed is alarming. When it was time to state some facts from a report right in front of her she came up short. So to keep this review simple save your money and go else where you are better off representing yourself.
