Cory and the staff at Appomattox Outdoor Equipment are by far the most knowledgeable and customer focused people that I have had the pleasure to deal with. In a society where businesses make the effort to pass the buck and blame everything else so they can charge to fix it the folks at Appomattox Outdoor Equipment will do the opposite. They will listen to your issues, take the time to find the source of the problem and do everything in their power to get you back to work in a timely manner. I had a mower that was shredding the deck drive belts after only a couple of uses. I had tried everything from different belts to servicing the pulleys and PTO. Cory and staff took the mower and had it in their shop for several days testing and trouble shooting the problem. In the end they came up with a custom bracket that alleviated the issue and saved me from buying a new mower.
That is the kind of service you get at Appomattox Outdoor Equipment. They have earned a lifetime customer, I will not go anywhere else for service or new equipment.

Brought in a 36 yr old Homelite chainsaw that stop running when I needed it most (much timber to be cut & moved, most needed the power & 20" bar length this saw provided). Arrived in the AM & explained the urgency of the situation - got a call that same day in the PM saying "your saw is ready". I was most amazed & appreciative for this fantastic service! It will now be my small engine repair shop of choice (had previously used another business).
