I wish I could give them zero stars but I can't. Do not do business with them. They advertise under eviction, divorce and probate. They must have a bunch of websites but they all have the same numbers. They scammed me out of $1,500 for probate which I need for a car. Once they had my money I could never get in touch with them. Countless e-mails voicemails. The couple of times I was able to get anyone on the phone they lied and said the paperwork was filed with DMV but when I would call to follow up with DMV as they never gave me status, I was told no paperwork was ever received. Then they told me they would send someone over in person. Check with DMV again to find that is a lie. At this point they have wasted so much of my time, I just want me money back. They are horrible.

Took 800 dollars from me to do divorce paperwork but never completed my case.

This place literally stopped acting on my eviction process after I paid them. I also doubt they completed the paperwork correctly. I have lost thousands of dollars due to their lack of action when they said they would act. Do not trust, do not use. And watch out for when they change their name to something new and start over!

If I could give zero stars I would. Cruz or Luzbei Palomino, or whatever her name is is a liar and a thief! She stole $1000 from me. It has been almost 1 yr since "Cruz" said she would help to file my divorce papers and instead she took my money and disappeared! No return calls, no response to my emails. Nothing! This woman has to be one of the worst human beings I have ever met! She takes advantage of your bad situation and little knowledge of the court system and lies and steals. Do not trust this woman. I promise I will find her and serve her with court documents for fraud and theft. She is false advertisement. I wish I could go back to the day her company popped up on my search engine and I would report her fraud! You are a terrible person! Karma will come back to find you sooner or later. You should be ashamed and your family should be ashamed.

One Source is a total scam. I contacted Cruz Palomino no less than 25 times after paying her $689 to fill out paperwork for my deceased father's probate. She contacted me only twice by email and I had to beg for information that I never got. She hides behind her answering service and an email she barely uses . I've given her so many chances to redeem herself, but have finally resorted to filing a lawsuit and asking for damages. PLEASE, PLEASE, read this and run the other way. She has caused so much heartache in my family who is already suffering so much grief .

Pending response from Cruz. As of 4/18/2017, she has still not contacted me back. Took $589 from me and I am going to be contacting my credit card company for services not rendered.

This lady took $1500 of our money 10 months ago to file divorce papers. Which I recently found out WERE NOT EVEN FILED! We have since been trying to contact her via phone calls and emails but she is not returning either one. Our wedding now has to be pushed back even further due to her carelessness. Do NOT trust this person!

This place does not helps, i filed for divorce with Cruz Palomino since 2014 n was charge $600.00. We are now almost 2017 n i paid her $400.00 n i never heard from her again. Paying her the other $200 was not a problem but getting to follow up with me must have been her problem. I shouldn't have to be looking for her, she need to be contacting me with results to get paid. This place does not help you, they rip you off. I'm still waiting for my divorce. I think either me or my husband will die first waiting to here from her or someone at One Source Legal Document. Don't use this service if you don't want to get ripped off. They do not have the courtesy to contact us. I myself was the one constanly calling her to follow up with her n she just gave me the run around. I should be sueing her.
