His building is located inside a spooky building and there are several homeless-looking people that are shooting-up drugs or are acting as if they're on drugs, but I've seen women coming and going from the building without anyone of them being bothered by anyone.
Parking can be hard to get (on the street & are metered), or you can pay to use the parking lot next to the building. If I remember correctly, the rate is minimum of $5, for the first 30 minutes. I paid $15 for the hour and a half, I believe. So bring coins, cash or a credit card to pay for parking!
