Let me tell you about wonderful kelvin . May 2019 I had know clue who to turn to when a car dealership told me I was approved for a car that I was never approved for they took my down payment and put me in a car that they stole the very next day and shut down they car dealership. Kevin was professional and quick at responding via email. He was very patient with my questions regarding any contracts. My case took about a year to close, which felt long at the time but I myself have been in much longer legal battles so It really was a quick turn around. My experience with Kevin Faulk was outstanding! Kevin was always available and easy to reach. He is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has a high level of integrity. Kevin guided and advised me after I made an online vehicle purchase that went bad. The seller misrepresented the mileage and condition of the vehicle and my only recourse was to sue for fraudulent misrepresentation.
We did an asset search on the seller and Kevin determined that a lawsuit would be to risky and expensive given that the sellers lack of finances. He advised me to take a more conservative approach with small claims court which saved me a ton of money and risk.
