Monica is honestly one of the kindest, most generous people I know. When we first moved to the SFO, we were scammed by a horrible lawyer who charged us over $4,000 for doing virtually nothing. We went to Monica instead and found out so many new things that our old lawyer didn't teach us. She was so kind and helpful and patient with us. When I was younger I always wanted to be a lawyer because my grandma was but i always saw it as kind of a backup. I dont know if she is really immigration attorney or not,whatever she didnt care our case. Her employees were so mean and disrespectful so she was. Whenever we called her office they barely responded our phone or if they responded us they refused talk to us. They just said Monica is busy or im busy then turned off the phone rudely. They were so irresponsible worst than her. All she cares is money but not her clients. She was supposed to follow up our visa extention case but, she was so careless about it. She is very arrogant. I frankly say that. Again,its your choice to spend your money there.
