Mr. Menendez says hes a highly experienced lawyer in employment laws but he is not. He seems like a nice enough guy but he don't even have basic knowledge about discrimination or harrassment laws. When I met with him about a month or so a go I knew more about California and federal laws than he did, and I'm a plumber. I found this stuff on the internet. When you go to a lawyer you expect him to know the laws. He doesn't.

This was my first time contacting a lawyer and I am so happy I found Mr. Menendez. He was attentive and listed to all of my concerns.
