I went to her office to for an estate planning consultation on my corporate legal plan. Victoria was late for the appointment time, had impolite attitude, and tried very hard to push me to make payment. I do not recommend.

We had a bad experience working with her. She is impolite in her conversation, constantly interrupt us in a numerous occasions. That was a strong indication that as an attorney, she does not understand how important it is to listen to her client.

More importantly, she is not honest to present all available options to her clients. An attorney must be honest with her client to build mutual trust and she does not present such important characteristic. She presented to us the most expensive option while there were few pretty low cost options available. Once I asked her about those options, she no longer showed interest in our case and suddenly removed all documents in our shared folder.

Given all above, I strongly discourage you from working with her. She does not show important ethics expected from an attorney.

My recent experience at Victoria's office was excellent. I worked with her on a family trust and individual wills. She had an initial consultation session explaining the process, options and implications. She was very responsive via email on follow up questions. Finally her office provided a timeline of 1 month to complete all of the paper work and finished it on time. The team proactively reached out with drafts for verification to keep the process moving. After final document signatures, they gave clear instructions on next steps to fully realize the legal process. Additionally, a well laid out copy of documents was provided as a complete package in a binder. Overall it was a simple and hassle free process. At the moment, I would highly recommend her services.

We had a very disappointing experience with this law office. I feel the attorney does not care about the client's feeling at all. The appointment was on a Saturday morning. We arrived the office a couple of mins early and found there is no lobby and front desk. We knocked the door to inform the attorney our arrival. She opened the door and responded she needed a couple of mins to finish the previous customer. It was all good until that point. We then waited outside. After 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, 20 mins, 25 mins, I gradually lost my patience since there was no explanation at all. I knocked the door gently again, there was no response. After another 3 mins, I had to open the door to remind her my existence. She never bothered to leave her chair to come to talk to me. It was her client responded that they may need another 5 mins. At that point, I lost the last bit of trust in her professionalism and had to cancel the appointment. The whole morning was ruined. I do not mind wait if I was given the reasons. I just think ignoring the customers without any explanations is totally unacceptable.
