Working with Mercy was very easy and enjoyable. There were some tricky aspects about my paperwork that made me nervous because it was unclear exactly what I was supposed to say and what documentation to provide. Mercy would call me and explain in great detail everything that was needed, provided examples of things that have gone right and things that have gone wrong based on her many years of experience in this profession, and correct any mistake I may have done (there were a few!).

My only (very slight) concern is that there were a couple of times that I sent several questions via email (e.g. a list of 8 questions) and her response would address some but not all of the questions. That said, this turned out to never be a real problem because we would then have a call and she would answer all my questions during that call. So this didn't matter in practice.

I can say that every time I interacted with Mercy I felt reassured and more secure in the process and paperwork. In the end everything went through alright, and I have Mercy to thank for her guidance and kindness.
