Terrible, Terrible customer service. On our initial meet and great, everything was fine. Brendan handled our needs and requests with a smile. There was a few days of "behind the scenes" legal paperwork that needed to be completed by Mr. Konouck before the documents could be finalized in our closing and he assured us that it would be a quick turn around without any problems. After 1 month of waiting on something that could have been completed by Mr. Konouck in a matter of hours, we started to get very frustrated. County Supervisors, builders, and land owners continued to call on my behalf to Mr. Konoucks work number, personal cell, and Peninsula Title (Title Company involved with transaction) with no return calls.
After threatening legal force with Peninsula Title, everything magically appeared completed in less than 24 hours. When we went back to finalize the documents, Mr. Konkouch was no where to be found. An office assistance helped us finalize the paperwork in the waiting room. Very, very unprofessional.
Stay away from Brendan Konouck and Peninsula Title .
