When a family member was unjustly accused of a crime we found ourselves frantically searching for a criminal attorney in Virginia. With no point of reference we searched the internet and upon reading Atty Rice's profile knew he was our first choice. I called him on Saturday evening, left a message with little hope of hearing from him over the weekend. To my amazement Atty Rice called me Sunday morning and asked for details. We traveled to VA to meet with Atty Rice on Monday morning. I expected the meeting to last about an hour but once again I was surprised. Atty Rice cleared his calendar and spent the entire day with us, he accompanied us to the police dept and never left our side until 6pm that evening. His "no nonsense" approach left no question in our minds that we were in serious trouble and that he would be with us all the way. The next morning we were in court where he was able to convince the judge and prosecutor to allow us to leave VA until a follow up court date 2 months later. One thing I must make clear, we had not given Atty Rice a single penny up to this point. During the next 2 months Atty Rice was in contact with us on an almost daily basis.

I hired Mr. Rice for two different wreckless driving cases. One in hampton and one in newport news. He made dealing with both courts stress free.
