Tim is a great attorney and a very nice man. Each time I have met with him I felt reassured that he really would look out for me. During difficult times, it was amazing to have piece of mind that I had someone like him in my corner.

Don’t let the false reviews of people Mr. Hankins beat in court fool you. Mr. Hankins is a brilliant, helpful and honest attorney (especially compared to others in the area).

The unfortunate thing about the misleading bad reviews is that not only do they unfoundedly besmirch the reputation of the firm, but they also may lead people who may truly benefit from Mr. Hankins’ help to look elsewhere.

I have hired Mr. Hankins some years back and he was kind enough to even offer consultations on an unrelated family matter FREE OF CHARGE. Needless to say, the matter was resolved shortly thereafter, and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it without Mr. Hankins.

Thank you sincerely, Mr. Hankins, and also to Liza and Sally, who welcome clients with kindness and professionalism, despite their prodigious workload. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Ive used Tim Hankins twice now for 2 totally separate issues. Each time we have been very pleased with the outcome. His staff (Liza and Sally)are very courteous and promptly answer any emails or questions you have. I wish I had found them sooner and will definitely use them if my family has any future needs.

My daughter has used Attorney Hankins on two different occasions. His firm is amazing. Attorney Hankins from our experience is great at his job. He will not settle for less than a perfect outcome.

Tim is the best at what he does

At first everything was going well. Then I didn’t hear nothing in months. Mr. Hankins kept saying you will hear something in Nov, Dec. nothing. Liza & Sally became rude and mentioned this to Mr. Hankins but he just brushed it off. They talked about other clients in front of me. Well to make a long story short. Me & Liza got in to an argument. Because she treated me rude on the phone. The police came out and I told them the situation. Funny Mr. Hankins dropped my case, like he did a few other commenters on here. He said he was going to get a lien so he could get his cut of the money. I ended up calling the company and they gave me a nice settlement. Without Mr. Hankins help. Find another lawyer to help with your personal needs. These comments giving his staff & Mr. Hankins kind words is fake. If you decide to hire him. Remember I warned you.

PLEASE … Do yourself a HUGE favor and go see Mr. Hankins for any legal representation and help you may need. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and explains every "procedure" of the Legal Process that you will be going through and need to know. I've worked with Tim for years now, and wouldn't go to anybody else! Also: his "Staff" … Sally and Liza are the most personable and caring women you will ever meet. They truly care about the clients that go to Tim for representation and will bend over backwards to answer any questions you may have AND will help you with what you need to do while working with them. They are dedicated to their jobs and it shows! In closing, I will say that I don't know WHAT I would've done without the Professionalism of this FANTASTIC "TEAM!"

Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I always do my research when looking for a service of any kind, for legal counsel I found Mr. Hankins. He is polite but also direct. I found his candor time efficient and reassuring (as I went to him for legal advice/representation, not emotional support, cuddles or a deal). If you need a therapist or a dula, probably not your guy. If you need a lawyer, I highly recommend.

The one star is for Mr. Hankin's office staff. Lisa and Sally have negative customer service and listening skills. Had to call three times to get the information I needed and was spoken to VERY rudely. On the other hand, Mr. Hankins seems to be a kind, effective attorney and did a good job in court.

One star is too much. Have a heart...attack, man. In my opinion, this wretch is an unethical, slimy, dishonest, lazy, treacherous cheat. It went like this: gave him facts, signed retainer, he didn't return any calls over 8 months, missed an appointment, never sent any letters or confirmation of work, dismissed me as a client when I complained... and then put a lien on my case for $1K. He should be disbarred. He probably has his employees create good reviews to combat the truth.

If you don't care how unethical your lawyer is go see Mr. Hankins. I saw Mr. Hankins before my ex-husband and disclosed a great deal of personal information. I did not hire him. My ex went to him afterwards and he took him even though this is considered legally unethical. He also provided a Proof of Service to a judge to finalize my divorce that he had sent to an address that I had not lived at in a state I had not lived in in a year and a half and then had my ex hide the hearing from me for more than a month so I could not contest it. I have cognitive and neurological disabilities including developmental trauma disorder, complex trauma disorder and significant learning disabilities which had gone undiagnosed until late in my marriage when I was 39 years old after almost twenty years in a miserable marriage, raising two amazing children while he was largely an absentee traveling father, and trying to maintain a job for nine years with the undiagnosed disabilities, which I was wholly unprepared for in so many complicated ways, and a husband who refused to listen to me.
