My fiancé was interviewed for a position. All though he has over 25 years of experience in agriculture and seed handling with pioneer, he was told he would not be a good fit. Maybe because when he was asked what church he went to, he stated he didn't go to any, he was disqualified!!!
We own a small farm with 100 acres of row cropping. His family in Carthage have over 1500 acres of row cropping. He has experience upon experience! How is this right! He was treated badly and rudely by some guy in the office as you walk in. Some black bearded guy who wouldn't even look up to him, when he told him he was there for an interview!

Was interviewed by the company. All though I did not get the position. The employees made me feel welcomed. Everyone was very welcoming. Friendly, family orientated environment. Christian beliefs with a high moral and ethical approach to standards that have been loss in many work environments.
