Worthless no communication whatsoever who has time to hold for an hr just for them to tell u they don't know what's going on or we r waiting on response from the other party biggest joke ever

This place is completely worthless!! Wasted months of my time telling me they are working on my case only to never call back. When I call to find out what’s up they tell me to call Topeka. I could’ve done that months ago. Don’t ever use this place!!!!!

How helpful they are completely depends on who you get when you call.

I couldnt even get ahold of them they have no phone number posted at all I got ahold of the dcf and that lady didn't even know how to transfer my call to them. They gave me the wrong case file once I did get ahold of them to track down a paternity test that was done for my daughter and her father. They can't find it they said, I drove all the way to the court house in Columbus for no reason because the copy of the paternity test wasn't even in the darn file!!!!! I was so mad and I still am very mad because my income taxes is being held up because they LOST MY PATERNITY TEST RESULTS!! They are very unprofessional and I wouldn't go to them if someone paid me to. U lost the paperwork for a paternity test, I wouldn't trust u now!

People have no communication skills they talk crap in the background. Very unprofessional never do they job and think they can talk any way they want to people. For the girl in the background yelling your alot nicer then I am. Well how bout you get on the phone and show me. What you ment to say is that woman was more professional, mature, and educated the your hillbilly a***. You work with the public gets some professionalism about your self. When dealing with the public you have to learn to deal with all types of people rude or respecrful your always a professional learn that skill and you will be better off.

Initially the attorney I was working with seemed responsive, but in the end she ended up settling with my ex for $60 less per month than what the court ordered, without my permission. Then... after trying to reach out to find out why 7 times I eventually gave up. I can't get anyone to return calls now. I realize they're busy, and working for the government but they're not doing their jobs correctly and that my friend is unacceptable!
