As far as I am concerned, Kristin Paulding Esq. Is the best criminal attorney around.

Unfortunately I had to use her services ,Ms. Paulding and her staff are amazing , Ms Paulding is a powerhouse lawyer. When you hire her she's going to everything in her power to make sure everything turned out the best that it can be. thank you so much Miss Paulding for everything you did I appreciate you and your staff

I was extremely stressed out with my situation when I was referred to Ms. Paulding, but after speaking to her lovely paralegal, Ms. Sykes, and having her take time out of her busy schedule to meet with me in person, I felt at ease. Both Ms. Paulding and Ms. Sykes were very helpful in answering and questions I had and I ended up with the best outcome that I could possibly have with Ms. Paulding. They made me feel like they were in my corner every step of the way and I could not thank them enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

If I could I would vote 10 stars 1/4/19 Friday morning I was googling different attorneys to find an attorney by 1/7/19 Monday. Ms.Paulding paralegal Ms. Mary Ann answered, I spoke to her about my situation. She left a detailed message for Ms. Paulding through out the day Ms Mary would call me to give updates on when Ms Paulding would call. It was an very stressful time in my life and I felt like I was ready to give up. Ms. Mary gave me so much hope, that I stopped worrying. Very understanding ecouraging and I really appreciate Ms Mary for that. She told me sit tight Ms Paulding would get with me over the weekend. Me thinking they dont work on weekends well Ms Paulding called me on Sunday and was very informational,professional, knowledgeable about my situation. I felt at ease she even offered to come with me to my interview but my last min and her schedule made it impossible. If you need a smart, aggressive lawyer, then Kristin Paulding of 7 Cities Law is the lawyer you want in your corner. She successfully handled my case due to her laser-like focus and her in-depth knowledge of the procedures and nuances of the law. She has a wonderful and skilled staff who were also very helpful (and patient, as they also answered my many questions).

Ms Paulding is very committed to the case. She’s an aggressive negotiator we got VB CW to drop a no drop charge. She shows up early for court whereas the opposing parties counsel showed up a few minutes before the hearing. I also retained her for Reckless driving with a favorable outcome. She expeditiously handled my expungements. Whether I get a felony on Friday or another ticket on Tuesday she’s my go to lawyer.

Ms Paulding and staff were great to work with. I was kept informed during every step of my case. Ms Paulding is an excellent trial lawyer, and I recommend her to any one who is in need of an attorney .

I’ve only dealt with 2 people at this law firm. Kristin and Mary are AWESOME !! Being active duty military, my whole life and career were at stake. They both made me feel at ease during my case. It was a long year but I always felt good about my representation. I was always updated with the most current up to date details of my case. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone, her experience and approach is like no other.

Very dissatisfied with Ms Paulding. The communication was poor. She shares the same cell phone with her assistant. No office phone , you get an answering service during office hours. This lawyer has a very condescending demeanor. Ms Paulding said one thing about the direction she would take the case in the beginning before I retained her, then 5 days before court she did a “ phone appointment “ in the middle of my work day. She had completely changed the course of the case; she should have told me this prior to only 3 business days before the court date. If she couldn’t comit to the course and direction of the case at the onset, she should have not said so. I find that unethical, like she was only trying to say what she had to to get my retainer. I hired her for my daughter and her attitude towards my daughter was simply, just mean. I don’t expect an attorney to be my friend, but it is unacceptable to have a condescending ,mean attitude towards a client, especially one with a psychological disability, which my daughter had, and truth be told my daughter was a victim of the complainant. There are many more excellent attorneys in the area that will treat you with respect, communicate without making you feel you are beneath them, are knowledgeable and more willing to fight for you, She is not willing to fight for you, She just doesn’t care , except doing what is quickest to move on to her next case. She was more on the side of the opposition than my daughters. What a huge mistake hiring her was.

Have fired her and now had to ask for and fortunately was granted a continuance and have contacted another attorney.

Anytime you need to hire an attorney for whatever reason it is usually not good news, knowing you have someone on your side that is there to help you is a necessity! I did come across Kristin by accident, I was frantically looking for help for an issue with my son, I knew the moment I spoke to her over the phone and set up my consultation interview that I was going to hire her. Mother’s instinct told me this was the only attorney I would trust my son’s welfare to.
From the start I was impressed with Kristin’s knowledge and help, she went above and beyond what I felt was her obligation as an attorney by helping me with the school system and the requirements that he had to complete as part of his infraction.
Throughout everything she presented me all the information and gave me all the options and the possible outcomes, then isolated it down to what the most likely outcome would be, this combination made me comfortable and involved but not overwhelmed.
