I had a terrible experience with the staff at Dr. Folecks office! I thought I was given a concrete amount for a bill over $1300.00 for my implant procedures. The bill was paid in full after the first procedure. 2 weeks later I was sent another bill stating that I owed $ 111.60 more on the first procedure. I feel like I should have been informed of the initial cost from the beginning! I spoke to the Clerk in the office, I was informed that the insurance did not satisfy the difference. I was informed In the beginning a quote that the insurance would pay the amount difference and I was told that I was paying my part ! I feel that if there was a question that the insurance would not pay it as they had informed me;, It should have been explained to me before another statement was sent to me 2 weeks later! I am very unsatisfied with the staff 's billing!!. This process should have been explained to me thoroughly before sending me an additional bill! This is so unfair!!
