I'm letting the public know about this situation. About my grandson, first of all he's 11 years old. And this lawyer Brent Fleming, was a signed to my grandson, 2 different times, supposed to have his best interest at heart, but he didn't, my grandson told Mr. Fleming both times, when Mr Fleming talked to him one on one, that he didn't feel safe when going to his dad's for visitation he even told the wise county social services, and Dickinson county social services. They didn't believe him either. he explained how he was being molested by his brother, and how his dad would always scare him in pranks, and mentally and physically abuse him, he would be emotional, every time he was picked up, from his visit . Stated saying he doesn't want to go back, he even told his therapist, my grandson, had another court hearing regarding this issue, and the so called guarding lawyer and the judge, apparently don't believe the child. It's sad , that there's no justice for kids, and this child has to go back to his dad's again. I just saw on the news, where the court system didn't believe the 7 year old little girl, when she tried to speak out for her self, stating how she didn't feel safe. I pray the little girls mother sues the hell out of the courts, for what they did to this child. They caused this little girls death, by being stupid, by believing the man's lies, instead of the little girls, they both need to be fired. Disbarred and moved off the bench.must of got there training from the sears robuck and company, Wise county better pray to God that this doesn't happen to my grandson, for their stupid decision, they made by sending him back. Because I will not stop, until both of them are completely fired and disbarred, the child in question, does not want to go back, but they don't care, no child should have to go through this, a child should always be able to feel safe.
