If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked RVs and pontoons for a bachelorette party labor day weekend 2019, in April 2019. Come to find out communication between owners is lacking. "Our" campers were double booked, so our trip is in the toilet, less than a month out. In addition, we are unable to reach this company via phone, facebook, or otherwise to try and salvage any part of the weekend, or receive a refund of our deposit. While mistakes happen, communication to resolve the issue should be prompt. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB if this does not get resolved ASAP.

This was our first trip down to Cumberland and of course we wanted to rent a pontoon boat for a day. David and Sherry were very friendly and helpful. They took great care of us and provided us with the boat so we could have the best time our on the water. We are planning another trip down next summer and our first call will be to Lake Cumberland RV Rentals. Thank you for a wonderful day.
