Please stay away from Boyes Legal services, specifically Patricia Boyes. I had the misfortune of dealing with her recently to get a partnership agreement done for my real state investments. She is the most incompetent, unprofessional and rude attorney that I have ever dealt with.
She cut and pasted the detail terms of the agreement I sent her for talking points and sent me back a PDF with several mistakes that needed to get adjusted. She then sent me a bill for $875 for 10 min phone call and this cut and pasted agreement.
After I requested that she justify the charges based on the value she brought to us, she indicated that she spent 1.5 hours to put together the 4 page agreement that 2.5 pages of which is word by word my emails.
To top it all, she sent me this final word:

“Lastly, please don’t ever call me again.”

So I spent the money and still have no legal agreement but have no patience for dealing with such incompetence and rudeness. I can cut and paste my own emails much faster than her. Next time I will know better.

It is a shame attorneys like her give a bad name to all lawyers.

Please stay away from her. Complete waste of your money and lots of aggravation.

They were very quick with forwarding my call to another attorney. Did not take proper time to listen to my issue.
