Russell Vaclaw operates in the best interest of only the Bartlesville power players and does so in tandem with other Washington County Judges, Lawyers, and the County Sheriff’s Department. While certainly not the head of the snake, he is part of a system so rife with corruption that he likely doesn’t have much of a choice in the matter, and he harms the citizens of Washington County with impunity. It’s long past time the entire Judicial and Law Enforcement systems are scrutinized. Even a cursory review will reek of injustice.

I had this judge in a case my ex-wife filed against me. This judge let his personal feeling get in the way of what actually happened. This judge also let hearsay testimony into the court room. When I called the judge out in this he acted like he did not care. If you are a defendant and you get this judge you will lose.
