Wish I could give them a no star rating! I have a contested hearing coming up in 2 days and have never met my attorney Frankie D Rodriguez. I’ve tryed calling her almost every day for the past two weeks with no returned call(s). I’m definitely set on bringing it to the courts attention and firing her for Unaffective Assistance of counsel... For anyone else wondering what to do, in case you run in to the same type of problem, keep calling them and keep record of every call and message(s) so that in your next hearing you can bring proof and fire that attorney. By law, everyone has a right to be properly represented; and if you can prove that that isn’t the case, then you also have the right to fire that attorney, and ask for another one( as long as you have PROOF, in which case keeping a log of all the attempts you’ve made threw phone log(s), etc but make sure you print a copy of that call log because a judge WILL NOT look at your phone so be sure to be prepared or the judge will deny your request and you’ll be stuck with a lawyer like this).

This place is a joke. I've been calling my husband's lawyer since September it's now October and still haven't received a call back .

Impossible to reach attorney .

Tried to contact my son's attorney for over a month with no returned call whatsoever. Very unprofessional.
