Nice staff, they keep it very cleen.

I live in Madison towers and they act like it is not an issue..drug dealers in and out .... And nothing is being done about it...I would not recommend living in a place like this...I care for people and wish they did too...think about it before you move in here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is friendly. Breona is very sweet and helpful with the application process. Apartments are very small. They only have one bedrooms. But this isn't a problem will me because it's affordable when you're have low income and disabled.

Seems to be a fairly nice place for low income folks to live. I have been there in a few occasions as my ex-wife lives there and is in poor health.

The apts are so nice,the staff people are kind and helpful.

I really dont know what to say???? But a lot of things needs to be cleaned up. Including the R.A. people who only deals with certain people other than that you just have to stay to yourself.

This place is a joke, my grandparents live there and there not aloud to have company over on certain days, gotta have a key card to get in and out the building, and have to have valid state I'd to visit

I live at at Madison Towers. It's ok. Renavashlion to the Towers is going on. At least another 2 yrs. before there ready for a Grand Reopening. However; the down side, is that the closets ar smaller
The Mikeawavs ar to high. One needs a step ladder to get to some of you cubberts. No please to put your mop. Rooms ar smaller but nicer. There is No Smoking allowed in the building.That's a good thang. 30ft. away from building. One has to come to see for there selfs if its for them or not. Overt all,I give it a 4 1/2 Star.
