He Is an attorney who cares about your life.

Every time we had a meeting it was like the first time we talked. Refused to remove himself from my case after many request. Will not answer phone calls or return written letters. If you are unfortunate enough to have him as a public defender fire him immediately!
Then after he refused to do anything I had to take a plea under threat of him dragging my case out 2-3 years "waiting for a trial" after I was forced to write the d.a's office due to his inadequate handling of my case.
And best of all I couldn't even get my personal property back due to his refusal to sign a paper saying my case is "closed"
So basically he gives you script to plea out and offers no actual representation. And I AM willing to put my actual name to this
