My wife Cindy and I have had the pleasure of working with Kristy on more than one occasion, and have always been more than pleased with her expertise and caring nature. Most recently Kristy assisted us in updating and re-evaluating our wills and end of life documents. She was thorough in her advice, and made us feel completely at ease in making these serious and often difficult decisions. We give our highest recommendation without reservation in support of Kristy Andraos and Andraos Law. Thank you.

Kristy helped my wife and I with a Special Needs Trust for our daughter. She was compassionate and thorough; very detail orientated. We were impressed and would highly recommended Kristy to anyone!

Kristy and I met while working with the Triad Retirement Living Association. I hired Kristy to draft my will, POA and HCPOA. She was always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fast! I highly recommend Kristy for her professionalism and expertise in the field of Elderlaw.

Kristy Andraos is truly an exceptional attorney. She is not only skilled in the counseling of her clients, but she is very caring and compassionate as well. What impressed me most about her, is that she was always prepared with the answers to questions that my family had, having anticipated them in advance. In my opinion, that demonstrates her skill as a trusted advocate, particularly for those who are most vulnerable, such as the elderly or children. Her work ethic speaks for itself.

Kristy is an exceptionally personable, passionate, and compassionate attorney who also happens to be very knowledgeable in areas of law affecting persons who are elderly or disabled or who have special needs. As a fellow lawyer in the community who has collaborated with Kristy on numerous occasions, I appreciate a colleague like Kristy to whom I can refer people who need something I can't provide.

I think it's important for consumers to be able to get an estimate of the fees for an attorney to perform specific services for them on their behalf prior to moving forward. I called Andraos Law to get an estimate from Kristy Andraos for the cost to restructure my 93 year old mother-in-law's will. After she quoted us her fee, we agreed by email to move forward with a consultation appointment, for which the fee would be applied towards the cost of the services provided. After four days of no response from Ms. Andraos with regards to setting up an appointment, she finally sent us an email stating that she does not normally give estimates of fees prior to the consultation appointment, and for this reason, she would be declining to work with us. I would argue that if an attorney is going to charge $350 for a consultation, she should not be offended if a potential client wants an estimate of the fees they will be responsible for prior to retaining the attorney. Does she expect consumers to just shell out the cost of her consultation fee with no idea in advance of what the costs for her services will be? Hopefully, there are other attorneys in the field of Elder Care Law who think differently.
