The immigration process can be both stressful and long and I don’t think what I would have done had it not been for the work of Neelam bhardwaj and Kelli. I could not recommend them enough and i am very grateful for their assistance and their stellar job. I have to add that Kelli was absolutely awesome and was always helpful in all situations. Thank you so much :)

Neelam Bhardwaj is top notch, as is her staff (escpecially Kelli). As a Criminal defense lawyer I've needed her advice on how convictions might effect the immigration status of my clients. I can count on her knowledge.

Attorney Neelam is very professional and helpful. She helped my husband and I a lot with his green card. Everything went smoothly thanks to her professionalism. Kelli deserves to be mentioned too. She was always there to answer our questions the best possible way she could. I will recommended Neelam law firm to friends and even to everyone reading this. Look no further if you are searching for immigration attorney to represent you.

I have consulted with Neelam throughout the years after a recommendation from my Canadian friend who has had Neelam helped with his and his family's greencard and citizenship process. My husband and I decided to have Neelam Law Office file our greencard petition for us last year. The greencard process took about 6 months and there was a few kinks here and there with the documents being lost on the way due to an address change but Kelli was always just a phone call away to help. She was fast and efficient and I never had to worry about a thing. She handled all the paperwork and problems with ease. Definitely would recommend Neelam Law firm! Save us from a ton of stress and headache.

After 24 years US permanent resident, I decided to apply for my citizenship. She and her staff (Kelli Campbell is great) made this process very smooth, in fact, it felt so much easier than expected. They made me feel very confident about the entire process and walked me through it (phone call reminders of interviews were helpful) until the end. My application was submitted in March of 2019 and by November of 2019, I was having my naturalization oath ceremony. I definitely recommend The Immigration Law Offices of Neelam Bhardwaj to anyone that wants to become United States citizen, resident or need help with any immigration issues.

I’m very thankful for Neelam and Kelli, and extremely glad I decided to have them in my corner throughout my adjustment of status and residency case. I was almost set on not hiring any lawyers and doing everything myself, I had even started filling out the forms alone. However, after looking at and going to several different immigration lawyers, I got a sense of ease after speaking with Neelam. Unlike all the others, the focus was on my situation that I presented her with and answering my questions. She explained what the process would look like, set realistic expectations, all while making me feel comfortable in knowing that although it is a lengthy and complicated process, it will all go smoothly. Most other places I went to made it seem like a transaction with a non guaranteed outcome. She made made it clear that although we can’t guarantee an outcome, they can guarantee that my file is handled with care and that no matter the complications/RFE’s that are thrown our way, they will be taken care of. Once we got started on all the paperwork, there wasn’t a time where they “dragged” or waited until the deadline to submit documentation. Kelli is always quick to reach out and let me know first thing if something is needed or if there is any type of update, and nothing went out without Neelam going over it, verifying it, and giving it her stamp of approval. If I ever had any questions, all I had to do was call or send Kelli an email and she would get back to me as fast and soon as possible. My interview is now coming up, it has been a long journey but I’m very grateful for how easy they have made it for me. Thanks to them, this has been an (almost) anxiety and stress free process.

Years ago, my fiance and I hired the Neelam Bhardwaj's law firm to process absolutely everything regarding my fiance visa that included my daughter and I. The process was successful and in less than a year, we had the visa in our hands. Years after getting married and living in the United States, we again turned to their services to process our permanent residence green card, which was successfully approved today. My family and I feel totally grateful and satisfied, with the excellent work that Neelam and her assistant Kelli have done. They were always pretty kind, punctual and very professional.
I highly recommend the Neelam Bhardwaj's law firm, they are experts on immigration matter. Neelam and Kelli, thank you so much again for all of your support.

I met Neelam to file my GC application through marriage . They are so supportive and responsive through out the process . They took care of the paperwork right from the scratch . Their advises were really helpful . It took just 6 months to get my green card by the time from filing . I have to mention special thanks to kelly who is very active in following up my case until it gets approved . I would highly recommend Neelam’s law firm if you have any immigration issues .

This is the most unprofessional immigration law office I have dealt with. I called them over three weeks ago and made an appointment for a consultation relating to my parents. The person who answered the phone, asked multiple questions so that she could talk to the lawyer and find out if they can help with my case. She came back after her talk with the lawyer and said yes, we can help. They called yesterday (one day before the appointment) to confirm and to stress that I should bring any documents that might be helpful. I printed everything I had and I also sat down and wrote a 3-page summary of all the events in chronological order. This morning, I received a call from the office saying they want to ask some final questions to clarify before the meeting. The person on the phone asked me what the main consultation was for and what questions I had. She consulted with the lawyer again, and then this time, she came back to say, "we don't want to waste your money, but we feel this consultation won't be helpful without having" your parents in the country. So three weeks after I make the appointment, and hours before I am due at the lawyer's office, they finally realize this?? Where were they all this time? Why did the office initially agree to this consultation after I explained everything the first time I called? I definitely do not recommend this law firm.

Update: In response to lawyer's message below: Yes you did not charge me, but you wasted my time. You initially agreed to this consultation after I clearly explained the details over the phone over 3 weeks ago. Then, last minute, you decided you needed more information, and you canceled on the day of the consultation. I had already compiled all the paperwork and details your office had asked for, so it was a waste of my time. Yes your office has been doing this for a while, but maybe check who ever answers your phone and make sure that you get all the facts you need before making decisions on consultations, so as not to waste people's time!

Another update: Kelli, just as I do not know you, you do not know me either and it is a false claim to say I am annoyed with my previous lawyer. We had the same lawyer for two years, and I only reached out to you when we arrived at a dead end with this lawyer and were simply seeking a professional legal opinion from your office.

You keep saying you didn't charge me. It's not always about the money. You can do something unprofessional that has nothing to do with money. What happened yesterday was extremely unprofessional. 1) whoever spoke to me over 3 weeks ago had all the details and spoke to the lawyer and STILL recommended that I make the appointment. 2) Your office called a day before the meeting to stress on the importance of bringing all documents. 3) Office called less than a few hours before the appointment, asked questions that I had answered during my very first call, consulted the lawyer, then advised me not to come so as not to waste my money!

I wasted my time and effort, so money is not my issue. So saving my money is not something I will thank you for, given that you wasted 3 weeks of my time, when I could have simply found another lawyer. Your office had me sitting documenting on paper all the details of my parent's current issue, and had me printing every single document I could find to help the lawyer make a clear recommendation, only to be told, OH, don't bother with that, just don't come because we SUDDENLY discovered that we can't help you. That is unprofessional and I do not need to have visited your office to make that assumption from this incident. Yes, you probably have a great record, but your office is made up of human beings, and we are all capable of making mistakes and errors in judgement. What is even more unprofessional here is the fact that, instead of simply apologizing for this error in judgement, your office continues to make this out as if I am making unfair claims, which is very far from the case. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Neelam and especially Kelli were absolutely great at helping me win my I-751 waiver case. They helped me come up with a gameplan, i provided as much evidence as i could, they put a bowtie on it and i avoided any request for further evidence or an interview. From our initial consultation to when i got my green card took a year. Kelli is very responsive to questions via email and phone. Their office is incredibly professional and courteous. Thanks again guys!

Neelam and her assistant Kelli helped made the green card process go smoothly for my family. I don't think we could have done it without them! Kelli was always quick to respond to questions when I emailed her, and she was always willing to answer questions over the phone. Working with her put us at ease whenever we had concerns. I also appreciate the upfront legal fees. There were no surprise or extra fees along the way. I really can't recommend the Law Office of Neelam Bhardwaj enough.
