Paid $2,500 retainer for 3 meetings at the office and 2 very short court appearance for a civil case. I had everything he needed and then some PRIOR to even consulting with him. Had a verbal agreement on actions to be taken and steps to achieve goal of case, he didn't raise a finger beyond those 3 meetings and 2 court appearances. Took him more than a month to file motion to appear! AND DIDN'T EVEN SHOW TO THE FINAL HEARING AT ALL!! No answering machine, rarely in office! No help whatsoever! Waste of money, time, and unbusiness-like! Would NOTrecommend in any time of needed for PROFESSIONAL Law representation!!!

My husband used attorney Hall to represent him in his case,and he didn't fulfill his duty representing him. In the end result attorney Hall ended up costing him more money than he paid Hall IN FULL up front. He failed to give and notify him of important information regarding to the case which was signed into order by the judge unknowingly by my husband. Attorney Hall rarely answers or calls back his clients. Attorney Hall failed to give his due diligence which is his fiduciary responsibility. Attorney Hall was ready to retire which affected my husband case,which is very disappointing knowing that in the past he was the most fear attorney in Morgan County.
