I switched to the Law Office of Markham Jackson and Robert Todd Jackson after a rocky start with another (unnamed and supposedly well regarded) attorney in the area. I wish I would have hired this firm from the start. So far, Mark and Todd have handled my case with great care, organization, and dedication. Mark and Todd are extremely confident and capable in and out of the courtroom; from client meetings, motion/report generation and response to court appearance preparation and actual case presentation. Mark and Todd deserve the highest of praise. I am so grateful to have found them. In the field of law, family law is an extremely difficult and personal matter. It is a full time job. It takes special attorneys to be able to manage, navigate and produce the results that serve their clients best interests in this field. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the future.

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. Markham Jackson is a very unprofessional attorney. He was incompetent and unprepared for court. The judge even advised that his lack of attention to detail impacted my case. There were several times Mark asked me for documents I had already submitted to him and he even said and I quote "I yell at my clients". Mark has no respect for women and did not properly present the most basic facts of my case. BEWARE if you hire him.
