I spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of ANYONE but no one would return my phone calls. Even tried to reach out with email with no luck. When they finally did call, they claimed to have been trying to reach me but it would go to voicemail. I went through my call records and that was a complete lie. Also they never left me a message. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I know they are trying to collect a debt and they have a job to do, but they could at least speak to you with some respect. I spoke with Kelsey and she was so rude and unprofessional. I thought the whole process of collecting a debt was to work with you and make arrangements with them? Instead I was talked over by her and felt like I wasn’t being heard. Ended the ONE phone call I actually received with a bunch of tears and super frustrated.

I’ve been calling for WEEKS trying to figure out a payment plan to setup with the law firm and all it goes to is voicemail and then supposedly they call you back within “24-48” hours which never happens. Also, apparently this law firm is notorious for ignoring calls and or never getting back to people. Hopefully one day I’ll receive a call and or email from them which I highly doubt. It’s very unprofessional to not call back or even to not answer your phones.

Wish I didn’t have to give 1 star. My wages were garnished for a bill that had paid off over a year ago. No attempt was made to contact me by phone either at work or on my personal phone or by mail, giving me no opportunity to disputes it and avoid the unnecessary garnishment. Over $1000 was taken out of a paycheck that I worked my butt off for to make sure that my kids had what they needed for school. I called Jennifer McCoy’s office and spoke to Becky, the most rude, insensitive, incompetent person I have ever dealt with. I was given no apology, given the run around about how I would receive my money, was told that it wasn’t her responsibility to call the original debtor. Guess it wasn’t their responsibility to ensure that a debt was actually owed either. I still haven’t received my money and don’t know how or when I will. It’s obvious they only want money and once they get it they don’t care even if it’s not owed!!

Rude and unprofessional. People who treat others the way this office does, should not be employed. I am surprised this office is still up and running.

This office is nothing short of incompetent, deceiving and unprofessional. Will not return phone calls, claims to have left messages but never did. There are too many others offices to choose from to take a chance on these people.
