Very helpful and understanding and was eager to answer questions!

As someone who worked in the real estate field, unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've ever had. A proper deed search was not done by this firm when my husband and I purchased approximately an acre of land on a river. After closing, we discovered that we did not own the full acreage. The Corp of Engineers bought a large portion of this land in the 1950's, which WAS recorded at the register of deeds office. Very disappointed how the firm handled our case and Mr Thornton did his best to blow us off, due to their negligence. This was a long, drawn-out happy ending for my husband and I through the purchasing of a policy we took out at the time of our closing. Our one and only appointment for this matter was not about a wrong being made right, but rather the boasting of all the commercial real estate Mr.Thornton owned. We never heard from this firm again even during the settling of our case.

Great firm....everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with their services rendered on my behalf!!

Called and didn't bother to help. Don't go with them.
