I cannot attest to the quality of the law here, but I think their customer service is poor. My wife called to inquire about making an appointment for a consultation due to her dad passing away and was very rudely informed by a secretary that she'd have to wait a month. There was no "I'm sorry for your loss, but..." or caring tone, just "No. You can't see him until the end of next month." in a snappy and quick manner. My wife didn't need that right now, we were just looking for someone to help with the passing.

Mr. Barto seems to be a truly ethical and helpful person. I was not a direct paying client of his, but when I called him -- once during a trip to OK and once from my home in California -- he was always willing to help clarify the "legaleeze" which we encountered regarding some property from a family member's estate.
I really wondered if I would get the brush off from him (something I had experienced with other lawyers in the past) since I wasn't being represented by him, nor did he know me from Adam. Mr. Barto was always pleasant to talk to and didn't make me feel that I was asking stupid questions.
If we lived in OK and had estate planning needs or legal help in general, I would feel secure in giving Mr. Barto my business.
