My friends from California want to invest in Las Vegas, Nevada. From Arcata to San Diego, they ask, "What do we do when we meet you in Las Vegas, Nevada? We plan to invest." The first thing I tell them is, "You need an attorney. An attorney that knows everybody. You need to meet with James Jimmerson. if you are going to do business in Las Vegas, you have to ask James Jimmerson to help you build your business in town."

Paralegals do all the work. Jimmerson just appears in court with paralegal. Gross old office, his son is a lawyer there with a filthy mouth. Every time I called for a staff member they were let go. Don't know why people think he's a good divorce lawyer. He over charges and is very unimpressive in court. He looks like he should be a clown at a kid's birthday party. My opinion.

I’m a former employee and this place is the worse place to work and for clients! Jim Jimmerson is the worse kind of person there is, he yells and curses his employees and vendors! This place has a high turn over for a reason! Please don’t waste your time with interviews because you won’t be employed there for long! He borrows money from his clients accounts to cover personal expenses! He is just the worse and his legal Secretary Kim Stewart aids him in his unprofessionalism. The work environment is hectic and unstable to say the least. The staff is over worked and unappreciated and continues to deal with constant disrespect, being belittled on a daily basis. Jim Jimmerson will fire you on the spot because he has temper tantrums on the smallest things and shouldn’t even be allowed to practice anymore. The staff computers are dated and makes work productivity very hard! Beware of this place and don’t believe these positive reviews!! Jim Jimmerson has made racial remarks in front of staff and inappropriate statements on how his daughter was conceived! Disgusting, disturbing and distasteful!!!!!! Ask around town about his reputation! Don’t waste your time at this place!!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. My family helped me spend thousands. I'm one if the fee who have to pay alimony, have full physical custody. All while my sons mother failed 3 drug tests. And missed court dates.
