I hired Louis to handle my federal drug conspiracy and money laundering case. The first lawyer I hired who was a family friend got an offer from the prosecutor for 12 + years in prison. Louis took over the case and thoroughly investigated the case and presented me my options. With the substantial evidence the government had we did not have the best chance of winning at trial and I was not prepared to be away from my family for over a decade. Louis then spent several months with careful negotiations with the prosecutor. He did his due dilligence and had the government do a presentence investigation report prior to me taking a plea so we could know what kind of exposure my previous criminal record could effect my sentence. He successfully negotiated the plea deal down to six years with the option to be able to argue for less prison time at sentencing.
At the sentencing hearing Louis fought the prosecutor on every negative thing she had to say about me and the crime.
He made a very convincing closing argument and the judge agreed with him.
The judge reduced my sentence to three years and got me 90 days before I had to self surrender to prison. I got to spend Christmas with my family and had enough time to settle my affairs.
Best case scenario, I will only serve 18 months. I will be going to a federal prison camp in Texas which shouldnt be too bad. Theres no fence around the camp and it has basketball, baseball, soccer, track, volleyball and tennis.
Without Louis Palazzos experience in litigating in the federal court system and his careful negotiations with the prosecutor, id be rotting away in prison for a decade. Ill be able to see my daughter grow up and be part of her life. Louis Palazzo was worth every penny and I would strongly recommend him to anybody facing any kind of prison time.

Genius. my friend hooked me up with this guy who hired him after other lawyers was gonna give him time deal, Mr Palazzo got him off and he also got me a deal that for probation instead looking at serious time for handful of felonys.
