Wonderful attorney had a bench warrant for over 3 months did not know because I was looking for my case under municipal Court instead of justice court went in around 3 pm and he got my bench warrant quashed by the next morning and even took care and got my ticket dismissed without having to show up to court myself all for a small one time fee saved me over $1000 in fines definitely reccomend Mr.Steven

EDIT: I spoke to your receptionist earlier and she was rude and not at all helpful. My job is demanding and I can’t be bothered to come down to your offices in person. Other law offices were kind enough to work with my needs and will be handling my case via phone and email.

I was expecting a, “I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied, how can we help you better?”

But clearly you’re showing your unprofessionalism once again by being condescending and not at all helpful.

I hope your customers see this. Extremely bad customer service and no accountability as proven above.

There is an old fat guy I encountered this morning at your Charleston office. He had me fill out the new client form. So I completed it. He insisted that I added more of a description of why I came in, so I attempted to use a general description on the form. The gentleman gave me a referral to Dr. Devoe, a well known dentist at Dental Image. I asked him if this reference had any particular relation to this law firm and he said it did not. He wrote it on my new client form and sent me on my way. How in the world was this legitimate information useful? I was hoping to speak to someone that was more willing to help as I do believe there are still people available and ready to help. I hope someone sees this review. The whole point of me coming to the office was for a medical malpractice consultation. I never got pass the fat guy.

It's ironic because this law firm must indeed be good at helping anyone with their current debt to society (5 stars at that). Those people are happy and this law firm is representing someone of authority in law enforcement. Wild.

While I was there, a colored female came in and the fat guy was happy to help her clear her warrant and pay the fees. I honestly believe that I was not even heard by this old man. I hope there is someone that I could reach through this post. Please be kind. I just described my whole experience. It's nothing personal. I still have my new client form. Saved it so that I can show whoever is in charge that I tried to consult with someone here, I just never got the chance.

I have used Mr. Karen since 2005 ... Everytime i get caught by LVMPD/Highway Patrol I head right to Mr. Karens office, no points, no traffic school also fines get reduced which keeps my insurance down. Hes fees for going to court because of tickets are reasonable and he follows through with handling your case.
