i thought after the previous issue you guys would start taking your job more seriously. gave you the letter from the bank for my case and it’s been 5 weeks+ when u said it would take 3. I had a similar case with Lawyer Mark Dang also gave him the letter from the bank a week after we gave you it yet he had it done before you guys. Not to mention you guys dont call at all to let us know we needed to sign somethings then decide to tell us when we call to check on the case? and other times when my dad would call about the case you guys are always in “meetings” with the same excuse and don’t call back. After this case is done we will definitely not give you guys another chance.

Too bad, it is truth that traffic ticket is free but end up I paid double fee for the ticket, got me in trouble with DMV for license suspended, took almost 6 months to get done with the violation & the ticket
