I highly recommend Oliver, he has really helped me threw the thick and thin situation that I had. He truly is a great lawyer!!!

Although I’m writing this in 2018, I really liked the way Oliver represented me for a case in family court in early 2017. He listened to me, told me what the possible outcomes could be depending on certain factors, and answered my calls and texts. He fought for me. I could feel it in court. His tone and demeanor when he spoke up in court. He didn’t just stay quiet and passsive. He spoke up for me when I wanted him to and when he had to, argued my points well in court. This is my FIRST positive experience with an attorney and that’s why I’m writing this post because although I paid him he deserves this extra bonus for helping me win my case. I don’t want to share too much of my private affairs but I was referred to him by the “Fathers Organization” ERFDF, and I was not disappointed. I am thankful beyond words I hired him because to me winnnig that case was a life changing, do-or-die situation and he made the other side fold.

Oliver has helped me several times. I cannot say enough about the outcomes which have been positively in my favor every single time. He was part of the legal team that got my son teenage visitation rights at age 11 and me the Father primary custody. He doesn't waste time and is straight to the point... telling it like it is, and not what he thinks you want to hear. I hired Oliver a few days before my hearing.
I had full physical custody and my ex was seeking custody with an expensive law office.
Showed up in court and what he told me may happen, happened. It was fair and accurate.
He was even able to identify an important issue in my opposition that the “expensive” attorney did not even know about.
And yes of course he will talk with opposing counsel. They have to discuss what will happen in the court and work out a solution. Great attorney. He had a dozen different hearings to go to that morning. He does this every day. Very realistic. Isn’t going to tell you what you want to hear just to get the money.

I would recommend his services to any dealing with custody issues. He is a straight shooter and has no motivation to stoke animosity for the sake of billing increases.

I'd like to take the moment to thank Oliver for his help. I ran into a little trouble in Sin City and was given his information from a referral who's used him in the past. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend him to anyone. Hopefully I won't be needing his services anymore, but in case I do- I'll be sure to contact him again.

I highly recommend Oliver to anyone that is dealing with any custody issues. He helped me with my custody case and helped me win and get everything that I asked for. Oliver is a nice guy. He can be a good lawyer.my problem with him was that he never had time to answer my questions. Every answer was a quick answer, do it yourself answer. It was like trying to get rid off me asap and on with the next client. .we went to court and I had to chase him thru the hall way to talk to him. Hardly ever sat down and talk before court dates.
