DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired StonePoint Legal Group in 2017. I have paid them over $4,200. They did not go to litigation or court hearings on my behalf as promised in the contract I signed. My local lawyer "doesn't work for the company anymore". I have spent hours on the phone with customer service representatives. I received papers from the sheriff's office stating they were going to start garnishing my wages. The escalations manager, Megan called me and apologized profusely and said my case did not get moved to litigation as promised. Then, she proceeded to not call me back and ignored my emails for days. I am now getting my wages garnished. When she called me back, I asked for my contract to be cancelled, as I now have a lawyer. Today, another manager called offering me a refund, including the extra $2,000 I've paid that did not get used to settle my accounts. I was supposed to get an email with my paperwork in 10-15 minutes and never received one. Please save your money and don't trust them as I did. This is very disappointing, and is now affecting my everyday life.

I wish I would have never went with this group. Because of them I now have a garnishment on top of what I am paying them. This has been the worst experience. Try to negotiate your debts yourself. It would be easier and much more cost effective than to deal with this company.

I paid 2 months and nothing happened... My banks ringing my phone everyday, getting late fees etc. When i saw that Stonepoint didn't do what they promised that's when I called them and cancelled my contract and asked for a refund, these people sent me a $30 check as my refund after I've given them about $1200. So I contacted Better Business Buruea made a report about the situation. BBB contacted them and I got my FULL refund. I can't believe they're out here ripping off poor people who need help. God is watching.

I cannot even believe what has happened with this. This company said they would settle my debt for me. I have been paying them over $300 a month and I thought it was going into a savings account to settle my debt. NO! They are taking the money out as fees. I have been doing this for over 10 months. I cannot even believe this right now.

This company is terrible. It's a total scam. They got me for $1,650 before I realized what was happening. Don't believe a word of anything they say. It's a long term scam designed to keep you paying. Don't trust them at all...!
