I recently visited with Mr Deluca. He was pretty rude the entire time. Even though i was polite he said comments like "Dont get mad at me, I am just telling you the law." And when i asked if there was anyway he could help me settle my garnishment or help me since I had no notification of the lawsuit of he barely glanced at the paperwork and said "Well it looks like they finally caught up to you." ( the debt is over 15 years old). He was a complete waste of time unless you want to pay a high amount for a bk you can get cheaper somewhere else. Just saying... shop around.

The bankruptcy was handled seamlessly and was very happy with the attorney that was in charge. However not even a year later two debts that were forgiven ended up back on my credit report. I called DeLuca for help but they wouldn't even talk to me. Follow up was non existent.

Before enlisting the services of Deluca & Associates, I went to a class that was offered on how to do your own bankruptcy. I thought I could save a couple of bucks. Boy was I ever mistaken! I got so screwed up that I was at the point of despair. I found out that there are so many nuances to preparing the filing correctly that I had to put my pride aside look for an attorney.
Finding an attorney you feel you can trust is not as easy as it sounds.
I called several firms and received "quotes" from each of them. DeLuca wasn't the cheapest but I found myself appreciating their expertise in this area.

There was absolutely no pressure exerted to convince us to file.

Mr.Deluca went over our situation and showed us everything we needed to do prior to filing with the court.
Like everyone else I really did not want to file for bankruptcy relief but after my initial conversation with Mr. Deluca ( that's right the head of the firm) it became apparent to me that we really had no choice.

Step by step the Deluca staff helped us in the preparation and when it came time for our hearing Mr. Deluca (in person)was there for us.

The hearing happened without a hitch and now we are waiting for the discharge letter.

Bankruptcy is not an easy pill to swallow but sometimes that is your only choice. Deluca and Associates made our problem as palatable as possible. The firm treated us with dignity and respect. They truly understand their business (THE PEOPLE BUSINESS).

Bankruptcy is not a pleasant experience, engendering feelings of inadequacy and not a little humiliation. DeLuca & Associates, however, made it as palatable and painless as one could possibly expect. It was a smooth process. They handled all the paperwork got the creditors to stop harassing me. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

The intake people are friendly and welcoming. The case was handled well and went smoothly. We were debriefed and the lawyer present at our hearing was knowledgable. HOWEVER, the lawyer we met with during the paperwork phase was a disrespectful beast of an individual. The end was worth it, but she was almost intolerable. So they lose a star for her. Additionally, once the case is closed the firm is not all that helpful with follow up questions.

Both DJ and Brandon were a great help, and Mr De Luca allowed a credit from a previous deposit from a year earlier which was very considerate. DJ, especially, was always available if I had a question by phone or in person. I would highly recommend all of them.

I had a very bad experience with this law firm. I have property in las Vegas but reside in California. I had a simple question about Nevada mortgage companies and if they had the right to come after my personal assets for a defaulted loan. The secretary is trained to lure you into there office so Mr. Deluca can close the deal and put the fear of God in you if you don't claim B.K. if Deluca really cared he could have taken a minute of his time. He wants me to drive 300 miles for a simple answer!!!

My husband and I met with Mr. Deluca today to start the BK process the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and he was very easy to talk to and answered our questions with no BS. I felt confident that we had all of our questions answered, and I am glad that we chose to use his firm.

Still AWESOME LOL we went to our 341 meeting the other day and got a chance to see what happens when you hire a cheap or incompetent law firm we watched a few cases before ours and WOW they were up there for like 20 min we went up our paperwork was complete and with NO problems at all we sat for our case for about 5 min. and that was it I HIGHLY recommend this law firm I cannot express this enough, I have refered several people to him and I will continue to do so.
