Attorney Bailey accepted our attorney malpractice case where others that were contacted declined to do so. The initial interview conducted by Vernon was extensive and was not rushed. The potential strengths and weaknesses of the case were discussed in detail. Vernon accepted our case on a contingent fee basis and proceeded to negotiate a settlement with the malpractice insurer only to have a related party file a lawsuit to halt the action. Vernon successfully defended us in that proceeding (we secured a clear and unambiguous victory) and then the opposing party appealed to the federal court. Vernon prevailed in that decision as well as the appellate court affirmed our victory in the district court. Through all of these processes, Vernon did not ask for any additional fees and kept us informed every step of the way. He asked for and respected our input and made certain to incorporate the relevant concerns into his argument. We always had a tough and fair advocate in our corner and knew -- win or lose -- we could not have had better representation.

I have a potential legal case. I've searched for an attorney to represent me for over two months. Few attorneys responded to my inquiry, including those that were referred to me by the Nevada State Bar. I researched and called Mr. Bailey's office. I was greeted by his assistant, Wendy, who efficiently asked and noted down the vitals of my case. She then transferred me to Mr. Bailey who spent an hour going over my complaints and related facts. He pointed out essential items that are vital in the case. He spent an hour on the phone without pressuring me to come in to pay a consultation fee, which I would be glad to do. We finally agreed that I needed to wait for a few more months before any action needs to be initiated. I am very pleased with the way Mr. Bailey and his office treat me. Thank you. Doan L Phung
