Very reasonable in their requests. Were willing to get documents they had access to because they were a law firm but I was supposed to provide. I enjoyed working with them even though the other party was their client. Highly recommend.

Attorney Shackleford is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. During the initial consultation he explained the entire process thoroughly with me and there was no pressure to retain him. He is very personal. He checked on me monthly as I was going through the process. I would highly recommend using him and his team.

They got the job done, but with a lot of rudeness on the side. Despite your experiences, please don't tell your client that their lender is on drugs. Quite unprofessional with the buyers Realtor as well. If they politely ask for a copy of a document that is right in front of you, the wrong response is to tell them 'no, you can get it online.'. Sure I can, but it's a lot less trouble to make a photocopy. My buyer made some comments to me in the parking lot about the cavalier behavior. We laughed. He's happy it's done.
