Having worked for the North Carolina Industrial Commission Ms. Boyer knows all the ins and outs of handling NCIC case and is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Her assistant Evy Copetas is always ready to answer or get an answer to any questions I might have. In most cases she answers the phone when I call or calls me back within 24 hours.
