Chris has been my attorney for closing on the sale of 2 different businesses. The business broker I was working with at the time referred me to Chris on the sale of my first business back in 2001. Chris made it so easy on the sale that I didn't even consider another attorney on the sale of my business in 2018. The recent transaction was large and the buyer's representation was out of state. So, there was a lot going on between the two parties. First, Chris knows what he is doing when it comes to the legal side of the sale/purchase of a business. There are a lot of legal terms and processes and Chris was very patient in explaining it all to my wife and me. Small companies beware. His work - when eventually delivered - was good, but getting there was painful. I since moved on.

Chris is unreliable in his response to any form of communication. It is not uncommon for him to take 2-3 days to respond to a simple request for ETA/timeline. Other times ETAs were simply not met. This lack of communication and follow through has affected my business with my clients negatively.

Also make sure you ask for all documents in Word, not PDF.

Great experience with Chris, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us a ton of insight on our business lease. Would definitely use him again!
