So far handled two cases for me for the most part they are polite, efficient, they get results. They get right to work taking cases others might not. Phone response time could be better, but i usually get a quick reply via email!

Aweful , no communication regarding my personal injury case after months of waiting and email still no response I will never use them again they don't deserve a percentage of my case they haven't done anything to help me . If in a car accident like myself that was not my fault , pick someone else's to handle your case not this law group.

Rachelle at Lanier Law Group was my paralegal for my son's case. This case took 3 years to finally be settled and was passed from 2 law offices. Once Lanier law group had the case it seemed like things went much faster. Rachelle called me back each time I called. Kept doctor's offices from hounding me for payments and truly cared about my situation with my son. Attorney Overton was really easy to work with as well. Receptionist needs to put a smile in her voice but other than that a great team that cared about the clients and our needs. I am in the customer service business and train staff all the time. For them to be a law office they were prompt and very nice especially Rachelle and Mr. Overton. Hats off Guys!!!!

My husband a prior Social Security Disability case with this firm about 2/3 yrs ago- terrible handling of his case. Lauren or Lori (I think that was her name) was snotty and acted like she was my husband's atty not a legal assistant.. Not sure about their other areas of law but I tell everyone I know, don't take your SS case to these people. We ended up at JS Farrin and they won his case.
