Mr. Joseph Tustall give the firm a bad rep, not the lawyer to represent you on the behalf of workers comp. Simply, because he don't use the knowledge of law to win his case. Merely use confirmation bais about a person, instead of systematic judgement .. Umm, what do you mean? Well if you are on the job, get hurt, and suffer. You employed with the company, want at fault, and was employed on the accident day. Also the Doctor okay it as well. You loss your case. The lawyer not working for you he/she is against you. (Joe P. Tustall) No hard feeling towards the brother but he need to clean his act.

Note: Mr. Tustall you could of presued other matters in this case. ( Work smarter than the tools you got) you didn't try as hard as you should. ( The tool out work you) Also not upset with the lost, just with the quality of the work.

I would not bother to work with this company. I called and spoke with a really nice woman 2 weeks ago about helping me with my case. She went through some questions and then told me she would have an attorney call me within 2-3 days.

A week later, I get a letter in the mail stating that I was denied an attorney but to reach out when I have a legitimate claim. So I called back to ask why I was denied because the letter gave no context. Short answer: there was a misunderstanding with one of the questions I answered and she told me she’d have a lawyer reach out.

That was a week ago. Thanks, but no thanks.

I called Ms O'Malley a week before my hearing after waiting for four years. Ms O'Malley had no trouble getting my hearing rescheduled so she would have time to prepare my case. I can't tell you how smooth my hearing went. Ms O'Malley was so prepared and presented my case with such KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM that the judge didn't even ask the vocational specialist any questions. The judge didn't even ask my wife to testify.

Was given no reason in their letter about WHY they could not take my case. But they were quick to say, if I needed help with other cases to contact them. NO THANK YOU!
