Magginis Law Firm represented us in an eviction case. My wife and I live out of state and relied on their services to help us regain possession of our property. The initial trial was difficult due to tenant's rights and our case for possession was rejected. Ed Maginnis stuck with us and was able to win an appeal of the case for not only possession but also significant damages.
