I was referred to Mr. Ghosh by an attorney friend based on reputation and expertise for the type of advice I needed. I filled out the firm's online form and received no response. A month or two later, I called the firm and described the issues I was facing to the person who answered the phone. She indicated I would hear something back soon. I had heard nothing a week later, so I called again and was told I'd be contacted. Still no contact to this day, now more than four weeks after my initial call. Very disappointing. I understand that I don't have any right to advice, but I feel that at least some response, even in the negative, is professional courtesy.
