Terrible service worst ive ever experienced they called and told me service was finished and told me my bill i go to pick it up and my bills 40 dollars higher they couldn't tell me why. They didn't do what i initially went there for and to top it off they were supposed to have fixed the platform safety ( something they "fixed and charged me for without my approval" ) and when i got it, it wouldn't run so i had to by pass it to use it. And when she wasn't able to tell me y the bill jumped up so much i tried to explain what the tech had told me and she flipped and tried to say they would deny me service and hold onto my mower. I don't understand how a service center like this is still open im all about supporting local businesses but this is ridiculous definetly won't be going back oh bill was right at 200 for oil change blades sharpen and safety adjustment even at 75 an hour that's outrageous. Good luck if u decide to do business with them

Very honest, fair group! They serve all our mower repair and accessory needs! Also our go to place for Stihl parts, accessories and repairs! I do repeat business and have sent our family there as well! A++++ business!!

Polite customer service is nearly non existent. "We'll call you this afternoon" ... two months later and two calls to them and I've still not gotten the call back. The guy at counter (chris) can't answer many eqipment related questions but can tell you all about his diet and diabetes. And if the mom comes out, run for the hills, she could care less about putting a happy spin on things. I gave "2" stars because the owner (Alan) is the most personable and knowledgeable man you could meet.... IF you are lucky enough to find him on duty. He is definitely the company anchor, however my last visit with Chris and mommy left such a sour taste in my mouth that I now gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way to be greeted with a smile and actual help.

I don’t plan on ever going back !!! I was there way before other customers and they still acted like I wasn’t even there. Tried to talk to other customers while sitting in a chair. They finally got around to me and treated me like I was bothering them. Very very very RUDE!!!!! I’ve talked to several people that’s had the same experience and worse. I’ll never go back!!!!!!!

I try to buy local when I can and I actually bought a lot from Beasley’s until they started acting like I was bothering them. And started being so RUDE TO ME. !!! I don’t understand what the deal is with them but from now on I’ll drive to Killians or go to Charlotte if I have to before I give them anymore of my business.

Prices are good plus they are hometown . I will buy from them again when I need another power tool . Give them a chance when you get ready to buy .

Great place to get a sthil

brought them a barely used stihl small chain saw cause wouldnt start\ .... put-away-fine, ran fine before..... got charged over $200 for a bunch of "parts" not related to carburetor that i know were fine going in.

This is a great locally owned, locally ran business and they really care about their customers. They are keeping prices low and providing great customer service.

Bought pole saw attachment for Stihl Kombi power head. Didn't have the extinction pole in stock, or, I would have purchased that too. Anyways, Guy wouldn't give me the package with manual, tool and what not. Said, "It doesn't come with anything." I had to go back in to tell him, "I know this item comes with a info/tool package." He then went back and came with a zip-lock bag with manual and tool. I left with a bad taste, so to speak. Went the next day to return item to be greeted be someone setting in a seat. When I asked about a refund cause of the bad experience, he started flipping out. Then went to get the owners, which I'm guessing is mom and dad.Then the lady starts flipping out. It was ridiculous. I will never go back to this place. Go to Killians hardware or anywhere else. You'll get factory package with all the fluids for free, AND, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd give no stars if I could. And, for the person on here saying, "with a smile help." that's what you want to stay away from.

It was awful they did not fix our mowers good they broke down 2 days later they charged us a ton of money. They wont have our business.
