Ronnie Carter is rude and unprofessional. The way he talks & treats others is unacceptable. I hope he humbles himself down soon enough !!!

In the past, before the court said they had to count deposits before debits, I had a catastrophe on Christmas Eve. I had made a large deposit but I was still overdrafted a lot because they took out my deductions first, including a bunch of under $5 charges that cost me $30 in fee's. Even though that was their policy at the time the ladies there helped me as much as they could and were very nice about it in spite me being mad/embarrassed. It was Christmas and a Friday but they took care of it and only charged me for the first overdraft. They couldn't totally break policy, I understood that and was greatful for their help. They saved my family's Christmas.
