Really helped me out with some withholding questions I had. Thanks!

We love Arlint Law. Trent and his team are great at what they do, and their passion for it shows with every interaction. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars :)

Trent Arlint recently helped me with some tax questions I had. His office staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Trent and Cort know their stuff, and I have been recommending them to family and friends for their tax needs.
Went in to get my taxes done this year. Amanda was very polite and helped set up a time to come in that worked with my busy schedule. Trent Was the one who did my taxes and he made it a very simple process. He not only made sure that I received my maximum refund but explained to me the areas where I was confused. Would definitely recommend this office to my friends in the future.

I have been having my taxes done by Arlint and Arlint for the past 3 years. Trent and Cort are professional, personable, and were very willing to answer all of my questions. Trent also set up a trust for me and did a new will. I was extremely impressed with his work. I'd highly recommend this firm. They provide high-quality individual attention to their customers.

Awesome experience. All the office staff was pleasant and welcoming. Trenton prepared my business filings, saved me a ton of money and got it all done over a weekend. I was in Friday and out by Monday with everything done and ready to go. Highly recommend.

This firm has helped my wife and I with our taxes for the last 6 years. They are professional, intelligent and always available to answer our questions. I happy to say all my family and friends now go to them.

My husband and I have used Arlint CPA's for the past few years for our tax returns. They have been nothing short of spectacular. Cort and Trent where both very knowledgeable and professional, and they made everything very easy to understand. We always get our return back super fast and we get more money back now then we ever did using turbo tax. You won't regret coming to these guys to file your personal and small business tax returns.

The most upsetting Customer Experience I have ever had. Working in the industry, I like to assume positive intent and hope that sometimes people have a bad day. AMANDA, the office manager was the most upsetting Manager I have ever dealt with. Never have I had someone speak to me over the phone with so much disrespect. Numerous times I was cut off while trying to ask common questions regarding my mother in laws taxes. Cut off while being yelled at, and spoke to in a very condescending tone. If I am someones client or perspective client I would never handle a situation the way she did. Overall, makes the experience one to regret. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau because I have never been so unsettled and disappointed with a company before. All for having some questions and concerns. I do not appreciate being yelled at and spoke to in that manner. AMANDA, clearly needs to reevaluate the job description and role of being an Office Manager. Hopefully her behavior does not reflect the behaviors of all other Employees in this company.

I'm saddened to say that I never made it into the office because the gal I believe who was booking my appointment made it very difficult for me to want to commit to this office. I had to reschedule twice because my work did not get our paperwork to us some time as they should have had our 1099 and w-2s together. I thought I was doing a proper thing by calling and letting them know that we do not have the paperwork prepared so we need to reschedule and I was told we will be charged a rebooking fee. Since I had never even seen this place or met anybody I thought that was a bit rude. It was out of our control that the accounting offices at both employers did not have the paperwork together when we needed it. We decided to go to a different office because I do not feel based on my phone experience that the personal experience or treatment would be relevant to what we're looking for. I'm glad some of you had a good outcome here but unfortunately we never made it through the door because of this issue

Terrible experience over the course of 3 years. Had no idea how bad this team was. When I questioned what they were doing... I was told I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about.
Because of this I had my taxes reviewed by a real accounting firm, both personal and business. They found so many mistakes that have cost me over 10 thousand of dollars in taxes, fees, and accountant bills!. For example: because this team didn't attribute expenses to my business return when I turned a profit through a capital gain I had to pay a lot of tax. They will only attribute expenses to $0 gain on your return, then never apply the rest. Accounting 101 - apply all expenses and show your loss! It carries over to capital gains in future years!
Cort couldn't care less about customer service. They are more worried about rushing you through the process and collecting their checks. Never rely on this team to be your registered agent or help you with anything to do with capital gains they truly have no clue what they are doing.

Best tax experience I have ever had!!! If you are like me and dread tax time because of the uncertainties, complicated forms, and MATH (capitalized because I hate MATH) then you will love these guys! Not only were they professional and personable but they took the time to explain why I was getting a refund in terms that I made sense!
Honestly, can't say enough about the welcoming and helpful atmosphere with a special thanks to Amanda! Ill be back next year!!!

If I could give a negative rating I would. The office manager Amanda Smith is (IMHO) the rudest, most unprofessional person I have come across in years. When we first started with this firm I should've gone with my first reaction when I went into the office on the first visit. First let me say that the owner Mr. Arlint seems to be a very nice capable CPA and attorney. He's easy to talk with. However when I first met the office manager I was a little taken aback. She in no way looks like a professional office manager of an account/law firm. She has these long fake claws that are dark and creepy looking. Much better suited to a haunted house or carnival sideshow than a professional office setting. The office manager is brash, loud, rude and threatening. I called on Friday to ask a question. And she blew a gasket. She starting screaming at me. I was so shocked. I asked her to stop and let me make an appointment so i could come in and figure out what was wrong. We were out running some errands and I thought it would be a good idea to stop in and ask if there was anything that i could take care of over the weekend before the meeting the next week, She freaked out and started screaming at my husband saying (over and over again) that, "Cort's got my back" my husband and I were like WTH did we just walk into, the ghetto? Who talks like that? She told my husband that she has to do all the work around there and that it was tax time again and that she didn't have time time to deal with people who don't have their crap (she said another word, that's not appropriate to post) together! Umm excuse me! Isn't that why you get and pay the expensive fees to a CPA and attorney? So you'll know what and how to do it? So we left. That should've been it. But of course I'm not that smart! When we got into the vehicle to leave my husband is like wow she must be really hurting about something to act that way. I was like maybe your right. So I like an idiot went back in. I even apologize for stopping by unannounced (after thinking on it shouldn't you be able to drop by your attorneys office???... I mean they are first and foremost a business!) Anyway she became (IMHO) unhinged. She jumped up out of her chair and said (while flinging her arms out like some street thug and thumping her chest with those disgusting nails and then pointing at me) screaming we can take this outside "woman to woman" I was like whoops. Terrible mistake to come back inside and try and calm things down. Another client walked in and she did a 180! Was all smiles and I was like umm wait what just happened. Then my husband came back in and made it very clear that we were done and that we would be by on Tuesday to terminate our business arrangement. Which of course he did. We didn't even bother to send him an email or phone message. There wasn't a chance in heck I would've ever stepped back into that office or allow someone like that nasty piece of work Ms. Smith to have access to our personal and financial info any longer. When David (husband) went in today Mr. Arliint did not even asked him what happened? What a shame. He could've used the feedback. But in truth there is no telling what his office manager told him. So in closing this firm IMHO does not put the client first and you are forced to deal with someone like Amanda Smith. And while I do not think the customer (client) is always right. I do know that they should never be screamed at and threatened. And that in no uncertain terms should someone forget that Office managers, CPA's and attorney's are still a business. And that even if a customer is wrong or mistaken or not clear on what they should or shouldn't do that they can and will take thief business down the street when treated inappropriately. And I bet you this is not the first time that someone has had a problem with the office manager. In fact read one of the other reviews about the office staff. She is the office staff! Go anywhere else but here!
When I find another attorney and CPA, ill post a review so check my other reviews. Have a blessed day!

I wouldn’t recommend, really nice guy, but made a ton of mistakes on my taxes.A couple examples being: checked the wrong box for my direct deposit, causing me to wait an additional 4 weeks to receive return. Also, was off by 535 dollars on my 2012 taxes, causing me to pay interest.
When I originally hired him to do my taxes, he said they would help with any additional issues arising from any filing they did. That is not the case, after going in to his office figure out what I need to do with back taxes. He told me I could do whatever I wanted. Find someone else for your tax returns.
